Features Include:

• Data is encrypted and password protected on the handheld -  This means if you lost your handheld, you can have comfort in knowing that your data is safe as no one would be able to access it.
• The Login screen requires a valid Username and Password from Ignite.  Thus, not only can you decide which employees can access the data on the handheld, BUT, we have even programmed it to limit the # of inquires each employee is allowed to do before the system shuts down on them.  This is another example of how we help you to protect your data.
• The handheld will synchronizes with Ignite in just a couple of minutes (actual time depends on how many months back you want to see transactions, etc for).

 

CUSTOMER INFORMATION:

The key to our handheld is giving you the information you need quickly.  As you can see from these screen shots, the data is nicely organized and more importantly, you see what you need on the screens.  They aren't filled with unimportant information nor do they leave out the important information (if you don't see a particular field, chances are it is on one of our other screens).

 

 

 

 

 

FUEL INFORMATION

The 'Fuel' page of the customer is broken down into 4 sections:
1. Basic:  This shows you basic information about the fuel (i.e. is it on automatic delivery, when was the last delivery, how many DDays away are they, etc).

2. Special Pricing:  This shows you all the prebuy, fixed price and price cap programs on this fuel (Ignite allows an unlimited number of special pricing plans on a fuel).

3. Tickets:  This shows the delivery ticket history for this fuel and will show all tickets created/printed for as far back as you want.

4.  Delivery History:  See the complete delivery history just as you would in Ignite (i.e. Delivery Date, Gallons Delivered, K Factor, Elapsed DDays, Elapsed Days Since Previous Delivery, etc)

 

SERVICE INFORMATION

The 'Service' page of the customer will show you all the equipment at that location (i.e. heating systems, air conditioning systems, propane tanks, or 'other' equipment).

1.  Service Contracts:  This section will show you all the service contracts at that location (Ignite allows you to have an unlimited # of service contracts on each account).

2.  Work Orders:  This page will show you the work order history on that account and will go back as far in time as you want.  You can see if there are any outstanding work orders, why you were there last time, who was there, etc.

 

 

 

TRANSACTIONS

As you can see from the screen shot to the left, Ignite Mobile even has the customer's transaction history available.  You can go back as far in time as you want. 

 

Give your on-call tech all the information he needs to make the right decisions.
