    What is Ignite Web?

    Ignite Web is an extension of your existing website allowing your customers and your staff to access account information. 

    Your customers have the ability to:

    1.       View their account on-line – your customers can view their transaction history, print a statement, see when their next delivery is, etc.

    2.       Order fuel online – customers can log in and order fuel based on the rules you have setup for that customer and whether or not they need to pay in advance or have the ability to charge it to their account.

    3.       Make payments online – customers can make a payment from a credit card or a bank account.

    You and your staff have the ability to:

    1. Log In Remotely - Employees can log in from any internet enabled device (i.e. home computer, mobile phone, etc).
    2. Customer Lookup - Once logged in, an employee can lookup any customer’s account and see the same customer information as if the employee were at a computer in their office.  If a customer has no heat, your on-call technician can confirm the customer is actually a customer in good standing.  Or if the customer says they are out of oil, you can check things like when their last delivery was, how many gallons the customer is estimated to take, whether the customer is on automatic delivery or not and whether the customer may be on hold because he is over his credit limit.
    3. Marketing - You can also utilize Ignite Web to market to your customers.  If you have a new promotion, you can advertise it on Ignite Web so when the customer logs in, they see it.  Or if you want your customers to see important information (maybe to make sure they shovel a path for the driver) then you can utilize the message functionality to notify the customer.

    What Are the Benefits?

    1. You have a web presence where your customers can get the information they need 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.   This decreases the number of customer calls to your office and improves your customer retention rate by enhancing your customer's experience.
    2. They can order fuel when it is convenient for them and you can be sure the customer’s payment terms for that delivery are exactly the same as they would be if they called your office.  Furthermore, if you only deliver to that area on Tuesdays and Fridays, you can be sure the customer will know you won’t be in their area again until the next Friday. 
    3. The customer has the flexibility to pay their bill even if your office is closed.
    4. Since it is fully integrated with Ignite, when a customer does order fuel or make a payment on the website, it automatically updates your Ignite system with NO user intervention.  So, you go home at the end of the day and when you come back in the morning, customer payments have been processed and fuel orders have been taken without your employees actually doing anything.
    5. Your on-call staff and/or answering service has the ability to view up-to-date information about any customer at any time.  We’ve even had a situation where a customer’s server crashed and while it was being repaired, their customer service representatives used Ignite Web to handle all their customer calls.
    6. Since it is fully integrated into Ignite, you can utilize your Dashboard in Ignite to see detailed information about your website:

    Why Should I Buy It?

    If you don’t offer your customers this on-line functionality, chances are they will find another fuel company that does (and that company probably uses our software).  When new customers are looking for a fuel company, they are looking for one with an internet presence and the ability to manage their account online.

    Yes they will.  The graph above is from an Ignite Web customer.  It clearly illustrates an increase in customer online usage.  They had 515 online payments their first month, 709 the second month and 986 their third month.  That customer now has several thousand customers logging in every month.
