    Analytics gives YOU the power to make more informed decisions.  It allows you to analyze trends and visually see data in ways that was previously not available.

    Ignite Analytics allows you to create reports in a matter of minutes. Those reports can be saved, shared, and rebuilt whenever you want.  Since Ignite Analytics is permission based, you have the power to determine who has access to this valuable information.

    Since Analytics works seamlessly with the Ignite database already installed on your network, the setup only takes a couple of minutes. Then you are ready to use any of the over 40 pre-defined reports and charts or go ahead and create your own.

    Reports are categorized to make finding the report you need as easy as possible. The categories include: Customers, Fuel Sales, Service Sales, Call Back Reports, Service Contracts, Work Orders, Payments, and Sales & Payment Summary reports. 

    How Is Analytics Different From the Reports in Ignite?

    Ignite Analytics makes it easy to quickly design summary reports.  It allows you to choose what fields you want to see on the report and what selection criteria you want to use.  Then it automatically creates a spreadsheet and a chart that summarizes that data.  You can also easily drill into the data by clicking on the value you want to analyze/investigate.

    Analytics  Has 3 Modules:

    1.  Analytics Reporting:

    A. Summary Data in a Spreadsheet Format

    B. Charts and Graphs

    Analytics also offers drill down capability to see a detailed view of summary reports.

    Reports can be exported to Excel or a PDF. 

    2.  Top 10 Reports - These reports allow you to see the top results for a given criteria.  They are not necessarily limited to 10.  You can set the number of results or the percentage for each report.  Examples include:

    1)  See who your Top 10 customers are.

    2)  See where the Top 15% of service revenue came from.

    3)  See the top 100 customers that owe you money.

    4)  See the top 5 cities you deliver to. 

    5)  See which service techs are the 'cream of the crop' and bring in the most revenue.

    3.  Analytics Dashboard

    The Analytics Dashboard displays summary data about your business.  See things like how many customers went on or came off automatic delivery for each month, etc.

    Why Should I Buy It?

    1.  Trending:

    1)  Start a new marketing campaign in a new city and then monitor your 'New Customers by Town' report to compare the # of customers in that town before the campaign to after the campaign to measure its effectiveness.

    2)  Track the referral source of your new customers to see how they heard about you.

    3)  Track why customers are leaving (price, moving, etc.)

    4)  Do you want to see how implementing SmartK increased your average delivery?  Then print the 'Automatic Average Delivery by Tank Size' report to see average deliveries this year compared to previous years.

    2.  Sales:

    1)  Compare how many gallons you sold by the town by the year.

    2)  Do you have a goal of increasing installation sales?  Monitor and compare your results to previous time periods / years.

    3)  Track service call backs by printing one of the many call back reports so you can quickly see who is causing call backs and for what kind of calls.
